I have purchased several items from Collections over the years. These tiers should be the right size, which has been hard to find as the windows in my house are very small.

Your products are very well made. My items were boxed with the best care I have seen. Products are more beautiful than the pictures online.

The only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that one item I really wanted was out of stock and might not be coming back in.

Could not reach customer service and left call back number 2x. Did not receive free shipping or 5$ off offer which I thought was applied when I placed order. So I paid for shipping even though I had a free shipping code. I tried to call to resolve but could not get through..

The hose hanger I purchased won't hold the water hose to flimzie not to happy with the purchase

I know things are kind of messed up right now because of Covid 19 but I was not happy with the service I got from Collectionsetc.com. Firstly I could not get hold of anyone to fix the issue and secondly I am not happy with the quality of the Item I just received. Thank you anyway. I do want to cancel any future items ordered if there are anymore out there.

It was easier than trying to find things in the stores and especially now during COVID-19 issues. When the shipping is free then prices are about the same. If not, then you have to reconsider on the cost.
