Have always been happy with the products I ordered from Collections.
Fast, easy shopping with fair prices on a nice variety of products. However my last order was missing an item, and contained another customer's order/shipping form and one of her items. Customer service took four days to respond to me alerting them to this. But they did promise to ship my missing item, and told me to not bother returning the other customer's mistakenly shipped item. I could donate it, use it myself, or otherwise dispose of it. I am a frequent Collections Etc. shopper and this is the first time I've had an issue with any order so all-in-all I remain a happy Collections Etc. shopper.

YOU HAVE TOO MANY THINGS THAT ARE BACKORDED, AND I DO NOT LIKE THAT! I DO NOT LIKE TO WAIT TOO LONG FOR ITEMS. I DO NOT LIKE THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE A 800 NUMBER TO CALL, AND I DO NOT THINK I WILL BE BUYING FROM YOU IN THE FUTURE. YOUR SHIPPIG CHARGES ARE TOO MUCH AS WELL.
It was a bear to secure this order. Too complicated. It could be easier, not so many questions.
