Shelves were very difficult to put together, almost as if the holes for the screws where just lightly off where they should have been.

Item I ordered was exactly as it was in the magazine came earlier than expected and I love the product.
I have not received order number-******* that was suppose to received on May 29,2020 as your email confirmed.
Everything was fine. Only problem, when I put in a search word, it never brought up anything...just kept timing. It even brought up suggestions which I clicked on one, but it stilI just kept timing. I didn't have time to wait even though I waited over 5 minutes.
Just disappointed that my item was taken out of my cart-out of stock. I would have liked the chance to back order.
Was happy with the items
I ordered a runner (rug) and when I opened it, it was dirty on the folds. I returned it, but resent that I have to pay shipping charges for a soiled product.

The items I received were fine, though I'm not so sure the star stockings are really compression stockings. I like them, but they are VERY mild compression.
The stars are beautifully colored - striking red, white and vivid blue.
I am, however, not happy about not receiving any further communication about the 2 white 3-piece fences I ordered. I would appreciate an update on whether those will be available soon, as in just about 4 more weeks I won't have any further need for them.

Overall good. Had trouble finding some items and had to put in the description as they did not come up the categories. Tried to call customer service but because of he covid 19, I could not get through to anyone and the website was consistently down. Understand though, would order again from you.
My overall experience is great...only wish i got them sooner...cant wait for them to bloom.Thank you for having this type of roses.
