I love the canvas picture I ordered, but was surprised at how thin the robe is.
Fine. I still have one item on backorder that will not be available until August. I did have a question about the item, but when I called, I was informed that you were not taking calls because of the pandemic. So, I ordered the item anyway but I will not know if it is suitable until I receive it.

Collectionsetc. Is a great company. Though I didn't contact customer service for this order, I have in the past and they have been great. I highly recommend them.
Shopping was fine today, but on 2 items I bought previous, the sage table cloth had a big runner (snag) through it and an ivory table cloth had a dirty stain on it while it was still sealed, looked like someone wiped their nose on it. I just opened them a few weeks ago, but didn't know if I could send them back with this virus spreading, can you help?
When I initially placed the order after more than 24 hours, I still didn't have a confirmation that it had been received by Collections Etc. I also noticed that the amount of the order was not deducted from my account so I placed another order due to the above facts and the fact that you could not speak directly to a Customer Service representative. Now I have a double order, which I might add went through very quickly and as normally experienced previously. I now must pay to ship the second order back to Collections due to a glitch in your system in order to get a credit forwarded to my account. This also means that I am out of an extra $10.00. Under the circumstances this is unfair to any customer.
Timely delivering of items I ordered.
The collection is extensive with many, many choices of quality, unique products. They try very hard to give as accurate a product description as possible and make honest notations about the product and seem to take into account some comments they receive even if it is not necessarily favorable all the time. It allows the customer to make an informed decision. The online experience for purchases and online customer service can be improved. Also unavailable products should be removed or at least flagged indicating customers can provide email should the products become available rather than wasting time going through the product selection

When it was delivered it was left Out In The Rain, The package was Soaking Wet, they did Not Ring the Door Bell, And we have a Cover Porch.

Answer: Not sure if you have already resolved this or not but customer service email fir collections etc is [email protected] They are very helpful and promptly replied to me when I emailed them. (Within less than 2 hours on a Sunday, they replied to me.)
