For the most part, I have been very happy with the ordering process & the products that I receive from Collections. However, my last experience was a little upsetting but only because (2) of the products I originally ordered said they were back-ordered 'til July but when I was ready to check out, then it said they were sold out & unavailable & that I had to remove them from my cart. Also, I had a previous email offer that said it was still good until 5/17/20 but when I tried to use the code, it said it was not valid. I do understand that due to this COVID-19, there are probably many more people not only ordering online but online in general and I realize that may cause some technical difficulties. I was just a tad disappointed but it won't deter me from ordering in the future.
