I have always had good results with you

I have an account just never set up with login and password, Account Number: N*******.

I first tried ordering from my iphone but when I clicked on checkout, the order page appeared to not be secure (no lock icon), and the street address field has a hidden hardstop so acts like two fields and throws off the State field (drop-down wont work); after figuring this out I was still wary since no lock icon so used PC to place order.

My order got erased then I got an e-mail asking if I wanted to purchase the items in my cart to which I said yes and the cart was empty so I had to reselect everything. IF there hadn't been 1 specific thing I really wanted I wouldn't have gone back and reselected everything.This kept me from rating the experience a 5

Had a problem with your sizing info on unisex slippers. Resolved however wouldn't order clothing or shoe type item again for that reason.
