I really love your products. So diverse and unique! I have shopped collectionsetc for several years now and I am always pleased with my purchases. I mainly buy seasonal/holiday items. I always look forward to new items.

Great products, easy shopping.

The fabric in the drapes is fairly good, but the color is way off from the picture in the catalog. For that reason I am sending them back. I do not like having to pay shipping charges to return items that have not been portrayed correctly.

I do not like misleading advertisements. 3.99 shipping rates don't apply if you already have some other discount. When ads are misleading makes me want to not order again wondering what the next misleading thing will be.

I received my order on time and the items were of good quality.

I enjoy shopping CollectionsEtc. And appreciate the wide selection of quality products you offer. The only negative bout this "Butterfly" wall hanging was that the item received was "Birds". That error has been corrected and I am very satisfied especially since my sister really likes the Birdsand I have given it to her.
