I've always been happy with my purchases from Collections in the past. This time my neighbor saw your catalog at my house and asked me to order some items for her. She was disappointed in the armchair pocket holder (said it was very cheaply made). The solar owl for her husband is beautiful but very tiny... 18" measurement must include the length of the ground stake as the owl itself is the size of a figurine. She said this is why she doesn't order from catalogs. I felt bad about the whole situation!

I wish that you held my cart items longer and not clear the cart too soon. I also wish your items were stocked better so you were not always running out. Also when an item is sold out that you would text that in red over the item somewhere so it was much more identifiable so you are not at check out before realizing it is sold out.
I go through your site with a fine tooth comb and spend a lot of time shopping, sometimes it may take weeks before I get paid to pay for it. I go back in and all that hard work is gone because you have cleared my cart, very VERY frustrating...WHY can't it just be left alone like other sites I use? Your Company would make a lot more money if you did!
