Ordering quick and easy, site easy to navigate, and love that I can use PayPal

I have always been very satisfied with the products and customer services at Collectionsetc.com. I am especially enjoying the tufted pillows I purchased recently. I love the rich burgundy color and material. Having a strap handle makes them easy to carry to a event that has folding chair seating. Very comfy!

One of my items arrived broken. I contacted customer service and they immediately shipped a replacement.

Your check out has problems. I put in American Express for my credit card, and your website asks for the code on the BACK of the card. Usually with Amex it's the code on the front, so I put that in, and it corrected it from a 4 digit number to 3 digits. So I changed it to the 3 digit number from the back of the card. Then it told me I was using the wrong format, so I had to go back again and put in the four digit number again.

Always come to Collection when shopping first. Your company has proven it's self over & over. The quality of my items have always been A+. I have been with you now over 3-years and I have never had to contact Customer Service. Keep up the good work, I enjoy shopping with you for all my needs!
