I ask for forgot password, nothing sent so ordered as guest. Ok. Applied coupon, accepted, My first screen tells me 1.68 in taxes added and processing at 2.25. Now my order shows 1.70 in taxes added. Every penny counts nowadays. Why is it you still do not reply to my comments that was sent when I ordered from you?

I have ordered from Collections etc. before and have always had a good experience. When my latest order arrived, I was missing one item. I called Customer Service and the person was most helpful and polite. She arranged for the item to be shipped and I received it a few days.

I received my order within a couple days and was well satisfied with them

Could not make the zipper work on a light weight jacket that had a heavy duty zipper. Even the largest zipper would not work. Maybe I just could not figure it out. Usually everything I get from collections I love.

Price was good, delivery was good and the product was good.
