A couple of problems placing the order but hopefully it's ok and I get what I ordered.

It would be nice if once things were in one's cart, they could not be taken out--i.e.- sold out--for a reasonable time--say an hour--so that one could continue shopping without haveing to pay multiple shipping fees to assure getting the item.

I like the mat I ordered. It works well in front of my kitchen sink. It was on clearance so the price was right. Free shipping was advertised but they need to state the processing fee up front.
