I tried 3 times to have my password reset. 4 hours later I still haven't received an email! I like the site when it's working properly

As usual a very good ordering site. However, I do wish description of items in the catalog have the information UNDER the item, not off to the side. Can be confusing when ordering online. Thanx.

Disappointed that you were out of some items and don't offer to ship them when available. Needed to remove them from my order.
