Ordering is confusing with too many IF MAYBE discounts. YES, you give free shipping and then come back with a percentage discount so we go buy something else and then when you check out the FREE shipping is gone. This should be explained somewhere...
I hesitated to order this time because I ordered from you before and was charged some unauthorized monthly fee of $15 for 6 months for travel BS that I never ordered. You somehow build it into the checkout process and I never noticed it. I feel that was intentional
I "shopped" from the Holiday catalog I received in the mail, then went on line to enter the numbers, and I also took advantage of the clearance sales on line, and free shipping! Can't beat that! I got a lot of my Christmas shopping done right here. Your web site is easy to use.

Great but I didn't see any stars. Maybe you should make them white also. I just guessed where they were & got the right spot. I can't read all the script in your email. I have white text with a black background so some text doesn't show up. If change background color than other emails I can't read. I am greatly happy with the performance & price of the items I brought. %Thank you again.
