I have always been satisfied with the products I have ordered before. However I have returned the last order that I purchased. The products-car covers-- were very flimsy and with a little wind they would not stay on the vehicle. I was very disappointed. Hopefully you will not continue to sell them. The idea was awesome, but they were very poor quality.

The catalog looks appealing, I'm not sure about the quality of the products because I've never purchased from you before. Remains to be seen.

I entered the same order 5 times and contacted customer service 3 times before my order finally went through. I was vey pleased with all of the items in my order. For some unknown reason I had a difficult time placing the order. I hope next time will be better.
