Quick service--product was the quality I expected
I was supposed to have a credit on my account for a blouse that fell apart and I did not see a credit on this order. I have just put in another order today, will you please put my credit against that order.

I was quite disappointed with the recliner cover. It does not fit our recliner at all and is poorly constructed. I am going to have to remake it to even work at all.
I had to return one of the items -- "magnetic" gloves which obviously have no magnets in them. Not good advertising. I hope I receive a refund. Other than that, I've always been pleased.
I like my product and yes I would recommend this to anyone who is interested buying the lock wallet.

Collections delivered all items in well wrapped packages and arrived when promised. The quality was just as promised and I was pleased with all items except the Solar wine bottle turkey. That does not absorb the sunlight enough to last very long once lights come on when dark. Otherwise, I was pleased with everything I've used so far. Have not used the Christmas items yet, of course, but they all arrived in good condition and appear to be well made.

I've placed several orders and have been satisfied with most purchases. After close analysis of my invoices I think I was overcharged on my 10/26/15 order.
I also had trouble with assembly of lamp ordered on 11/09/15. I could have used detailed instructions. I'm so busy with the holiday rush right now, I don't have time to call customer service. But I will call the first chance I get and we will work something out. I spoke with Marcelo about my 11/09/15 order. He was very polite and tried to help me, but didn't understand a lot of my English.
