When we received the package it had been opened and one item was missing. We are returning items for a refund according to your delivery instructions. I have attempted to contact you by phone but when I hold for a representative to talk to the line goes dead and no one answers

THE PROBLEM IS THE CHAIR COVER DID NOT COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS. I M HAVING A HARD TIME TRYING TO PUT IT ON THE CHAIR.

Only problem was it took so long to get.

I recieved most of my items, I do have one item on backorder but I know I will receive it when it comes in.
