Easy and pleasant shopping experience. The shopping experience with Collectionsetc was fine. However, my experience with the carrier was not so pleasant. I had been electronically informed by FedEx that my package would arrive on 12/10/15. After several days, I contacted them as to why it had not come. I was informed that the large capacity of packages had caused them trouble, and they had asked USPS to take over much of this shipping. It was about a week after that that the package finally arrived on 12/18/15.
Always great buys and quality product both fun and functional!
I will probably return the curtains I purchased because they are not quite the right color for our room.
