From the date ordered to the date received was longer than I think is necessary. I order from several vendors and all have the covid-19 delay delivery notification but none have taken as long as Collections does.

Also the item ******* does not work properly. It never goes off, therefore replacing the battery daily is not something I will do.

I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price.However, the packing box that was delivered was badly damaged, the items inside were exposed but not damaged. The box was too big and caved in when another box was placed on top of it. Whoever packed it should have used a smaller box and made sure the contents couldn't shift.

Ordered 14 live rose bushes. 3 arrived dead and molded in the in the plastic packaging.

Everything was great, except; table cloth was wrong size. I'm returning for correct size, sent oval needed round.
