I am a loyal customer of Collections etc.,, and am only sorry this time they were out of a couple of things I really wanted... I will be back to look again soon... The service is great.

The surveillance camera would be nice if it had a remote control device to turn it off and on. Because of the small on/off switch location you would have to climb a ladder to operate it if you were to hang it above a door or say the corner of the room.

Everything was satisfactory but the bamboo silverware drawer. It fell apart before I could even put silverware in it.

Even though products were in stock when ordered, it still took at least a week before they were even shipped. The rug is not made very good for the price I paid for it ($29.99).

Had items shipped to a friend as a gift. Prompt, and could track my order.
