MOST PRODUCTS I BUY HAVE BEEN GOOD B UT THERE HAVE BEEN TIMES THAT I HAVE BOUGHT THINGS THAT HAVE SHRUNK WHEN WASHED AND SOME THINGS THAT HAD LIGHTS FOR SOLAR ETC DID NOT EVER WORK. BUT MOST THINGS I HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR SEVERAL YEARS

I purchased a dress which is very attractive, but does not fit properly, so I need to return it, but do not have any information on returns. Will have to call and research on how to return item.

Amazing that, having moved to a new state and house, I was able to purchase a second rug in the same pattern and colors as one I bought in 2011. The original one has held up very well, even though the cats prefer it for their naps.

I had already bought one laundry room rug and wanted another, very happy with them. The rodent plug in I wanted to test it out first. Had bad luck with another brand before, hoping this one works. The star laser beam will be used at Christmas. Thought I would get my sooner, everyone ran out of them last year. Could not find one. Will let you know later. Thanks

When you order over a certain amount you should have free shipping period then you charge a processing fee no other company does this, you only give a choice of two things use a promo code for shipping or a promo code for a discount, What a way to charge more money I have never been charged like this from any other company such a shame cause i actually like your site.
