It took going to the collections etc website 3 times & 2 phone calls to get this order correct. The first time, it would not give free shipping even though the order was $112.00 & I used the code shown when I first reached the website. So I called the number on the catalog. The rep I spoke with cancelled the transaction. I went to the website again & placed another order; free shipping was granted this time but I wasn't able to complete the order. I checked everything over, nothing was missing or incorrect & no message was displayed. I called again. This rep said she didn't know much about online ordering & suggested I start over. I closed out & put in the website again. This time the order finally went through. But I was quite frustrated by this then. It took far too much time.
Great, nice and easy. I ordered earlier today, and forgot this so I had to put in second order.
