It was a little difficult to maneuver on the online site. But I was able to place my order without a problem.

I like the product, I wished they would not have folded the rug!

Shopping is easy. I have shopped with collections before. Prices are great! I ordered the bears couch cover and rug, and the black lounge pants for my husband for Christmas. The couch cover fit perfect and the rug looked great in front of the couch. The lounge pants were big(i ordered the wrong size) but I washed them and dried them in the dryer and they fit better. I will be shopping again with collectionsetc.

Always had great luck here! Have a large assortment of decor for all seasons. All very cute and different.

The Norwegian Fleece lined slippers were larger than the given size but I made them work.

Products were as advertised! Love the sofa cover - very nicely made!

One item was broken and I sent an email. They did respond with a refund, however it was over a week later.

Website problems, had to enter order about 5 times.

I am a bit frustrated because I had my first order ready & then, got message that the one item was no longer available. When I went back to choose something else, it cleared out my order & I had to start all over again.

I loved them.

It was good as always. I am a repeat customer.

This order was shipped to a different address in a timely manner. Recipient was very pleased and so am I.
