Happy with all the products I have gotten from Collections and there has been a lot of them.

My $80.00 order qualified for free shipping, but when trying to use my 15% off order of $50 or more coupon, it would not take it. I guess it was an either or, even though all orders over 40.00 are supposed to qualify automatically... then shouldn't I be able to use the ONE coupon available to me? Guess not. I am sure the quality of what I ordered is fine, it's just the coupons that are deceiving.

COLLECTIONS ETC. ALWAYS HAS A GOOD VARIETY TO CHOOSE FROM WITH REASONABLE PRICES. I HAVE BEEN A SATISFIED CUSTOMER FOR SEVERAL YEARS. A GOOD PLACE TO SHOP FOR GIFTS AS WELL AS HOME DECOR ITEMS.

I didn't have any trouble finding the items I wanted so it was very easy.

I tried to order this on the phone and I could not understand my operator and she kept cutting me off. I had a bad experience so I went online. I have to pay two dollars extra to purchase online, but that was fine so I didnt have to call her back.

THE FACT THAT THERE IS A PROCESSING FEE SHOULD BE DISCLOSED BEFORE YOU GET TO THE CHECKOUT PAGE IT MAKES ME LEARY TO DO BUSINESS WITH CONPANIES THAT DO NOT GIVE YOU FULL DISCLOSURE FROM THE GET GO

I like that i can browse and send it to the cart. The winter cardinal centerpiece was alot better than i thought and didn't know that it lit up it's really beautiful and the after christmas price was even better
