So far so good! But you forgot to give me my 10% discount on my order for the Lighthouse LED.

I had an order filled out before this one today and it said that the fleece jacket was sold out after I clicked submit order and then the order disappeared, I wonder what happened?I hope I don't have 2 orders!(I did have 2 orders because I thought the first one didn't take, so I did another order so then I received 2 orders!)(was not my fault, the first order disappeared)

I enjoy online shopping as it is stress free and done at my leisure. I was very disappointed because I ordered a candy cane flannel shirt but instead, I received a green shirt, wrong size, and the item # wasn't even close to the candy cane flannel shirt. I called and asked to return the wrong item that was shipped and then credit my account.

I really appreciate that you make shopping easier.

Other than the backing on the rugs not keep them from slipping, the product is acceptable since I have used this product before.

As for the velour robe, I was under the impression that it would totally unzip rather than having to step into the garment since the description did not say a step-in zipper. Otherwise I am pleased with the product.

I had to go back twice to re-enter things that was on my order. But when I went to check out they disappeared. Only problem I had. Several of the hat lights don't work and the doggie coat is HUGE. So hopefully we are going to be sending these items back.
