I have been satisfied with all the merchandise that I have ordered.

Quick and easy. Just went through a 9 hour power outage and I used these little lights for everything. They were life savers. They did not give me any heat but they allowed me to move around. This order of 4 more will allow me to put them throughout the house.

I have ordered things several time. I keep trying to login into my account and you show that my email is not registered -- so again I sign up as a guest and re-register again.

Called customer service immediately after submitting order to change size 9 to a 10 on the moccasins, brown
Pair was changed to a 10 and an additional Black pair of size 10 were added and charged for. The size 9 blue was shipped as is. Costs more to send back than it's worth.

GREAT! But, I was hoping to get free shipping! Yester it WAS free shipping but my computer broke down! (had to get a new keyboard)

This order qualified for free shipping but I had to make a 15 mile round trip to the post office to pick it up since FedEx drop shipped it there.

Every item I've received (lots!) has been delivered on time, was well packaged, was equal to or better than expected, and the pricing and shipping costs are very reasonable. And it's fun to browse!
