Instead of ordering items seen on TV from the sites listed on TV I order from Collections and always get a better deal and a quicker response and get my items sooner than if I ordered direct from the manufacturer.

I had a delightful shopping evening. The items that I chose were an added joy to my holiday décor.
I ordered more that 40 items from collection etc as gifts for my staff. However, I wasn't happy how I received my order. One of the boxes where partially open on arrival and there were only 4 set of flashlight pens instead of 5( I paid for 5 set). Also, the boxes for all items were so old and not nicely packaged that I had to remove all the items from boxes and discard them. That costed me more money because I had to buy lots of gift bags. Also I was disappointed because non of the items came with a battery.

I love doing business with Collections etc, however was disappointed that I did not receive any notification that one of the items in my last order was no longer available as it was a gift. I had to research myself to find out why it did not come. But this is my first disappointment. They are very good in processing and shipping and keeping you informed most times in all your business with them. I will continue doing business with them.

Every thing has been fine except for the toilet seat tatoo, The paint was coming off even before I put it on my toilet. I just threw it in the trash.
Good chair covers, fit super tight I like them very much that I ordered another set to keep on hand.
