Just Love Collectionsetc.! Although I have shopped with Collectionetc. For many years now and do Love them, there are a couple of issues I have with them. I was very disappointed in them when they started charging the $2.50 fee, so sad, what a rip off for a great company to do that. And as of Oct.1916, for some reason that don't want to ship out my orders in a reasonable amount of time. It takes weeks or a month for my orders to be shipped out. This is matter that needs to be addressed and promptly so. Collections has always been wonderful with there timely shipping until this past Oct. 1916. Please try to correct the problem, after all you are charging a $2.50 fee, for this fee the service should be getting better not worse! Have a Great Day! Debra Lewis

It was easy and much better than ordering from the TV ad.
This is my second attempt to place this order. First one was not completed and appeared to send but a customer service rep named John advised me to start again and that the first one failed and my card was not charged. So I placed a second order and then received both. Not happy as the first was not suppost to have been completed.
