I have always been pleased with Collections Etc. I've been shopping with Collections Etc for decades and 9 times out of 10 am always pleased with the products received and the price paid. I have never had anything delivered in anything but excellent condition.

Shopping experience was calm and easy. I appreciate the price and quality of most items. I purchased many miniature sets of furniture and hope to continue to do so. However the workmanship on some could be more neatly done.

Overall experience has been good. This last order received had one item broken and I returned it. Item only cost 12.99 and I Had to pay $7. To return. I still haven't recd refund of difference (while taking a loss) on this item when it came to me broken. This has stopped me from purchasing other items from this company after this occurrence

Finally received my purchase of what I could order through the internet came and was much appreciated.
The hardest part was to decide what color on a few of the items! Great shopping with you. I always have trouble when there are multiple colors to pick from that sometimes I even don't order because its such a hard decision to make.

Hard to believe it took 2 1/2 weeks for delivery from Chicago, IL to Topeka, KS.
And the adult-sized hat might fit a child--- I'll be sending it back.

It was quick and easy. And the products I ordered came by the date they said they would. Everything I ordered was fine when they arrived. And the tracking was good also. I'm not sure if the products I ordered do what they say they do but I trying to master them and trying. I ordered two bacon products for cooking bacon. Not sure if they are going to work the way I want them to. We shall see. And I haven't used my bed shirts as of yet but the colors are great. Just what I wanted.
