Overall pleasant experience. It was very easy placing the order online and it did not take very long to receive it in the mail.
I received my items. They were packed with care. 4 of the 5 items were correct, the 5th item was something I did not order. I am reordering to receive the correct item.

My only disappointment was that in another catalog from a competitor the exact same set of pan and equipment was $20.00 less. I had already used the pan or I would have sent it back.
I thought I was a Green and Gold Member and I was charged Again? I liked the prices, I just hope they fit. The evergreen wall item I bought before and it is more beautiful than I thought it would be. Thanks I was very pleased with everything. They were packed and shipped nicely. I would probably shop more with you if you had a pay plan like Dr. Leonards and others. I really liked everything I've ordered so far. And Customer service employees that I've had are exceptional, very nice and helpful. Iwill still shop here but not as often. Frustrated that I can no longer get the pillow shams in King size. It kind of ruins the whole effect on my bed. Please try to get them in the larger size.

Good experience. Some of the order was never addressed. I had to log in and look at the original order to see that half of the order could not be fulfilled.
