Some of the items I had ordered were battery operated upon trying to use the item it didn't work So I opened the battery compartment and the batteries were very corroded and had to be removed and the battery compartment had to be cleaned and new batteries placed in the compartment

I gave my daughter some things for her house for Christmas and liked them so much that I turned around and ordered them for me. You have me for a lifetime!

Overall not bad, I was a little confused with the Woodland Wall Art - Bear and Woodland Wall Art - Moose, as they both have the same Item #... So I'm expecting I'd get one of each! Bear and Moose!

Collections has always had good quality products for a reasonable price and the customer service has always been very courteous if I did have a problem with anything.

The lid was of good quality but was the wrong size. I enclosed a note explaining that the 12.5 lid was too big and that I needed a 12 inch lid or a refund. Have not received any kind of response yet.

I made a order,then received a email to thanks me for my order, after waiting for3 weeks for my order to arrive I called to find out that the order didn't go thru, so very disappointed I ordered the same product some other place.

I was satisfied with my order, however the sweater I ordered was too big and the slippers were too small. I have returned them for an exchange for different size. I felt the items I received were fine.

Wasn't told about a handeling fee of over $2.00 and couldn't use more than 1 promo at a time.
