I was more than pleased with the faux fur bedspread. It is beautiful and so well made. The other items in the order did not fit. Some were too small, and some too large. I will probably order from your catalog again though as most items are great.
Very pleased with our experience ordering with Collections Etc. We were short one item on our order when it delivered and I emailed Customer Service and they processed a replacement right away.
The Red Bows on the Three (3) Garland sets I ordered are pretty mangled and unusable. All bent up and won't reshape.
Easy to order really cute stuff. Great prices.! I've been purchasing from Collections Etc for many many many years.! People always ask me where I got my jackets from all my home decor from and I even decorate the hotel where I work with the things that I bought from collections, etc. and people constantly ask the people at the front desk where I got my decorations and many many people have taken pictures of them! I've never had any problem with things that have been broken because Collections Etc always packs in Styrofoam!

The product is ok. The lying about the total cost is not. A $39 purchase became $52 without my knowledge.

I am a huge fan of your product, and i I've been a customer of yours for many years. Everything is very easy and smooth until I have to track an order. You sent me a notice that something I ordered had shipped, and you wanted me to confirm I had received. You did not reference an order number or give me any way to know what had shipped. Please think of the info you would need to confirm what order needs to be confirmed.
Ordered, received within a week and it was delivered with out any issues.
