The item I ordered was damaged upon arrival. The quality of the item was inferior. Keeping it but disappointed.
I am a long time customer of Collections and this is the first time I had a problem with receiving the order. I placed the order and qualified for free shipping. Originally the order was shipped through UPS and was scheduled for delivery normally. Then it was changed to USPS which UPS described as a sortation delay which lasted about 2 days. At that point. I called UPS to get the explanation of what a sortation delay is, that's when I was told it was being shipped by USPS. After all of that, the order was to be delivered on the day that there was a carrier problem here and it was delivered to the wrong address. On top of that, it was delivered to a neighbor that unfortunately we've had problems with and I'm very fortunate that they gave it to me rather than just throwing it in the garbage. I guess the point of this would be not to use USPS unfortunately mail delivery is very uncertain these days. Also unfortunately, I will be very hesitant to place future orders with Collections because of this issue.
New customer here. Loved the description of the inside of the pocketbook, had everything I was looking for. Received it, but do not like the material, seems nylon, flimsy. Doubt I use.
I was looking for a quilt set, and by the description, it was a quilt. What I received was a polyester comforter, and anybody who grew up in the 70's will tell you that polyester is uncomfortable and will cause you to sweat profusely. I am returning this item.
My over door hanger is very nice and will support the wreath that my granddaughter made for our front door.

I ordered the Chickadee Fall Quilt in a Full size. It came in a timely manner and I'm very happy with it. I love the colors for this time of year, plus it brightens my bedroom. And my cats love it, too! They had to try it out and hopped on it the minute I put it on the bed.
The website is user friendly which not being a comp geek, I greatly appreciate.
