Everything I get from Collections is always good. The magnets I got was great as I love all kinds of birds. Also the orange tabby cat rug I loved and anything to do with orange tabby cats I love. The orange tabby cat in a sock ornament was beautiful. Keep up the good work as your company is excellent.

Box was cut on one item and pretty smashed up. Looks like someone tried to open it and taped it back together. Not pleased with the way it looked as I am giving it to my granddaughter for Christmas.

I was able to place my order in a timely fashion and I received my order within a week

Collections is easy to order from and the quality is what you can expect for the price. Outdoor decorations hold up very well in wind and rain.

The item I ordered came quickly enough, it fits and it is exactly as advertised.

Was very disappointed when I received my order. The items were NOT what the picture showed. The items are small in size. On the future please tell the exact size and the country of origin. Knowing the size and country of origin will help me decide if I want a particular item or not.

I was a little surprised when an additional $6.95 charge was added at check-out -especially since there was free shipping and handling. I even emailed Customer Service and asked about the secret charge, but got no response. I would rather know that I would be charged for shipping and handling than to be told that that was free, but a additional charge was added - for whatever the reason.

I purchased The Swan body pillow, 2 tops, & one pair of stirrup pants. The body pillow did not help with my knee pains, one shirt was too small & the next size up was too large so I returned these three items. The pants were very comfortable but too long. I kept them anyway because of the comfort.

I'm very happy with my products but I hate surveys every time I do the little thing. If I have a problem I will let it be known. Thank you and have a nice day.

I received all my items that were ordered and I like them all - the only thing is that the mittens/gloves and winter hats all run on the small size - I could not even get my hands in the mittens/gloves - as for the slippers they did not fit either - I have wide feet -

The runner arrived right on time and when I opened the box, it was wrapped perfectly. That's one thing I love about Collections, Etc. This runner is absolutely gorgeous and the colors seem so much brighter than even in the catalog and I love it. It is so well made, too. I recommend it highly.
