I am happy with my items. The sandals were a bit larger than I wanted but will work out fine. The Hempvana is great and helps with my arthritus. Delivery is always pretty quick.

I had an issue with the workmanship of an item I ordered & received - as I was not satisfied. Customer Service was very helpful & placed a reorder for me & I received it quickly by mail.

The products are OK, the shipping packaging was terrible, they had to tape the box together an half of the order was hanging outside of the box

The online experience is terrible. Can't remove anything from shopping bag. Won't refresh. That is the reason I double order my last purchase. The website needs to be fixed.

Like the product

Very nice.

The shoes are perfect - my mother is going into a nursing home and we bought these for her to bring with her - she loves them. They're very comfortable. I think we'll be buying them in another color, too. I was surprised, they're really well made for that price!

Delivery somewhat slow

I have recently ordered several products and have been very satisfied with them all. The quality for the price is excellent and was easy to order on line. They have all arrived in a timely manner and easy to track, nothing has been damaged and have been as nice as I expected them to be. Thanks everyone!

Had some trouble placing order

I was surprised at how well the scarf and candles went together. They are lovely. But then all of the items I order from 'Collections'. Are of high quality. The order came in good time too. Very pleased with my order.

It was easy to find the products that I wanted. The only little problem I had was that the plaques were packaged together and rubbed each other during transport. I have a small spot on one of them that got the paint rubbed off. I'll try to fix it with a colored marker. Otherwise, everything was good.

I am satisfied with every thing I have ordered.
