SHIPPING: Product was very well packaged. However, product was delivered late Sunday. Shipping notices came Monday and Tuesday. Not very helpful.
PRODUCT: Design of product is attractive. However, despite my experience with having opened two dozen battery-operated candles, I could not open this battery box. Had to use a screwdriver to lift the tab, which broke. For better or worse, the batteries are so tight that they don't fall out, even without the closure. Incidentally, the light turns off after a few hours -- "overheating"? No mention of a timer.
