Have not recieved merchandise the shipper is the problem with this order i live in a lockdown facility we meaning other residence have tried to have on trac get a door code through are manager as we arent allowed to have that code but to no avail so packages are being left either outside or if some lets him in at the managers door she takes no resposibility for our packages so it has created a great deal of confusion i have called on trac in hopes they would call manager and get a code but they didnt seem interested in doing that so as far as collectionetc.com no problems only with the shipper
I absolutely love the choices offered at Collections Etc. The prices are reasonable as well.
I forgot to put an item on my order and had to call in and have the item added. I never received another email with that item on there and just called customer service and found out that item is on backorder.
