In my original order (#*******) I ordered 2 #******* gold lighted garlands, but received only one. On the shipping slip it showed 2 ordered 2 shipped. I sent an email to customer service and got an immediate reply promising to rectify their mistake. I received the missing garland today, but it looks like (according to the shipping slip) I was billed for the second garland which was already paid for. I really appreciate the prompt way this problem was handled, if only I'm NOT charged for this second garland. Please check into this for me and I really appreciate the way everything has been handled. Thanks. Mrs. Turner
Great selection
The 2 of the items received were not what I ordered, now I'm having to return them and it appears $7.99 will come out of the refund amt. I should not be in anyway responsible for this. I was honest in telling you about the other products, didn't just say I didn't receive all of my order. Very upset.
I ordered 6 strands of the candy cane rope lights, only received 5,3 of which didnt work. I reordered 3 more to try once again
