The products were not quit what i had expected them too be.
Love all the merchandise from Collectionsetc, especially the very unusual Christmas items and they are often on sale. I just love the quality of the gorgeous quilts and the exceptional quality and value. I highly recommend the quilts and bedspreads. A better price won't be found anywhere. My only negative comment is that the packages are packed carelessly. I recently received every single one of my nightlights broken, shattered completely because the package had absolutely no packing material and poorly taped up. Customer Service was very accommodating. Their customer service is great.

I have been very satisfied with my experience with Collections etc. If I have not been satisfied with a product or changed my mind the refund process went smoothly and I was refunded all of my money.
Order incorrect but was corrected so everything is fine.

We ordered three items and they were delivered and we are really happy with what we got.
Disappointed in quality of material. Returning chair covers, didn't fit the chairs, and wouldn't have been protective. Lights work and are very fragile. Hope they can withstand winter weather, snowusefullness
