One item was sold out even though it showed that it was available when purchased and was not included in package.

Catalog picture deceiving. Quilted car seat order just a piece of satin material with a criss crossed pattern to make it seem quilted but has no filling. Doesn't hold well in the car seat. Overpriced definitely wasted my money. You should return this merchandise back to China.

Fine. One item was missing. Called and it is on the way.

I ordered 2 of the same wreaths. The 1st one was fine but the 2nd one was smaller and some of the decorations were missing. I used the 2nd one in a different area instead of on the French Doors as originally planned.
