I knew what I wanted, o ordering was relatively easy.

I get too many circulars in the mail

I placed my order thru paypal and free shipping and 10% discounts were visible but when I was directed back to Collections, my discount and free shipping had disappeared. Plus no confirmation number was emailed. When I called customer service, they could not even find my order. Very disturbing.

Cannot use the items

Did not want to take my order as a customer, had to log in and create a password

A couple of items in this order were very cheaply made & not worth the price but, in the past, I've gotten very good items.

I was very satisfied with my experience with my purchase. I highly recommened Collections ETC.
