Although I had a problem with a recent order (Amish Wagon) and I did not like the resolution, I stated so in my review. Customer service contacted me after I voiced my dissatisfaction and resolved the problem to my satisfaction. As I have only had one problem with an order, I will continue to shop at Collections Etc. as I have totally been satisfied with every product I have purchased.
