The item was supposed to be Queen Size but barely covers the bed, it is more of a comforter than a bedspread. It took from the 18 days to receive it.

I had purchased a "holiday soldier" and had not unboxed it last year. I opened it yesterday and the quality control department must have been sleeping when he went through production cause he had a big "bubble" on cheek, head was welded at a right angle, then the feather on top of his crooked hat was welded to the right, as well...so from his shoulders up, he looks like he is making a right turn. Customer services said nothing could be done. (I've ordered 4 others and they were all perfectly straight).
This was a Christmas gift, so I didn't actually see it, but she said it was nice
No problems at all and love everything I buy from you.
