The swags I ordered arrived folded over twice,totally crushed & looked cheap. You get what you pay for.
The quality of the items purchased were good. The prices were reasonable. 4 of the 5 items that I purchased were received in a timely manner. The fifth item won't make it in time for Christmas which disappointed me as I planned to use it as a gift. Overall I was satisfied.

Easy and fun
Always when I shop there is at least one item that is not available. I have talked with a customer rep at least 3 times in the past few months because Colllections says I have an outstanding balance and therefore, until that is paid I cannot order. Each time I have been told that "corporate" will have to call me back, but the problem is THEY NEVER DO!
I am no longer going to even try to solve this problem and definitely will not be ordering from your company again! I will also badmouth your company to anyone I know.

I ended up returning 2 things that just fit the area. The rugs are ok. But find some unraveling already after 2 vacuums
