I love to shop at your site. HOWEVER, at this busy season, I do not like the brief delivery survey that I just received. WHY? - it did not give me the order number; only the order date. This made me go back into Collections Etc. site to look up the order. WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE: Send a list of the products in the order with the survey - this would greatly speed up my reply because I would know at once what I ordered and what I received. The manner of the survey is the ONLY negative thing I have ever had with the Collections Etc. site - PLEASE FIX!

I thought it woul fit my recliner better than it did so am contemplating returning it. I haven't check on the cost of shipping.
