While shipping could have been a tad bit faster, I am very satisfied with the items I received and the price I paid. I will be buying from collectionsetc again.

Lot of choices, good prices, but some of the items are super cheaply made like a rug that is so thin it won't stay put and a tablecloth that is also poorly made.

Your picture of the fireplace white nativity scene scarf looked wider than it was actually. You show the nativity in FRONT of the fireplace, but you can't do that because it would fall off the top of the fireplace. Also, I received the holly berry lights broken and did not work with fresh batteries. I contacted Collections, Etc. and they state that a replacement Holly Berry light string is being mailed.

Three night light outlet covers did not work...too bad.

Part of my order was listed on the packing sheet, but was not in the box. I contacted customer service and was told the missing item would be re-shipped. As of yet, I have not received it.

Always enjoy browsing through Collections Etc. I can always count on finding some clever unique items. Very easy to place an order while I sit back having a cup of coffee and have always been very satisfied with the products I have ordered. Highly recommend shopping there to friends and family.
