My order was lost on the web site when placing the order on Black Friday.The site just locked up and shut down after I put in my payment. I checked my email and did not get a conformation at that time. I had to place the order again. I was charged twice and my relatives received two orders. They thought the second order was a gift for another relative and gave it away.When I checked my email I found conformations for both orders. I didn't correct them because to do so would have been embarrassing all around. I don't think I'll be doing any more shopping on Black Friday. However, everyone seemed pleased with their gifts.
