Initial Process was Quick and Easy. Order was missing an item had to call and have it reshipped. Associate was polite and helpful, but did require a follow up email to make sure it had shipped since I did not receive email indicating it had been sent out.

I have always been very pleased with Collections. Everything I have gotten from them has been good quality.
I will continue to order and look forward to each catalog of new products.

The tablecloth that's for mantle was broke!( battery compartment). The solar snowflake and gold solar light look like they have been sitting in warehouse for 10 yrs! I didn't return cause too much of a hassle!

Except for one order last year, everything I have ordered from Collectionsets has been great. Love the prices and the items shipped very quickly. Things just go very smoothly when I order from your company.

Very ez to order

The artwork with lighting had holes where some of the lights were and in the bottom right corner I could see the framing on the underside. Also, I received a valance when I ordered a lace scarf.

Arrived quickly and well packaged. I liked the coverlet colors ordered and the stair runners beautiful

Articles arrived in perfect condition. One item that I ordered wasn't sent, I called, and I have now received that item. The customer service representative was very courteous and concerned that one item wasn't sent with original order and made sure that it would be sent out immediately. It was, and I have now received that item.

I love Collections. I have never been disappointed in their products or prices. I would gladly recommend them highly at any time!
