Items were almost like photos... the led lights on horse photo not placed well. The fabric hanging was wrinkled on one end and still hasn't lost those wrinkles... can't iron wrinkles out because of the led lights.o

Ordering is an easy process. However even tho I put in my new address it was delivered to my old address which was an unoccupied dwelling at that time ( It is a winter residence) I tracked it on my own and was just lucky that it had not rain on the days it sat outside. Need to use addresses as updated!

The product arrived on time...the price was great and the quality very good.
When I placed my order in November one of the items (Christmas bags) was in stock. I did not receive this item and after a delay I called to see when I would receive them. I was told that the items were no longer available. I cancelled the bags at that time as I would not be able to receive them until after the 19th of Dec. Too late for me to wrap gifts for 5 great grand sons. I am unhappy with not being notified that I would not be getting my order so that I could reorder at a different web site, which I did and already have received the bags.
Had trouble getting free shipping.
