Bought as a gift

Fiber opic tree had wiring problem. SENDING IT BACK. The ornament center piece-lites quit. Inflatable santa had no nose. Had to use red marker.

Will wait to see quality of goods before comments

Love my order

I was shopping on line and found the curtains I wanted and I click to buy those curtains and so I contacted customer service and told them and the 2nd time it was wrong again finely customer service contacted me and gave me a item number to put and I did and the 3rd time I got my curtains so the product number on the picture is not correct and I only got one reversal on my checking account and waiting for the 2nd reversal

All items are available with free shipping in other collections catalogs but not all in one catalog - that's sucks!

I have only received half my order.

So far I have enjoyed and have been pleased with all of my orders from Collection Etc. Most items looked liked the pictures.

Everything I ordered was as stated and I am happy with them.

Good merchandise for the price.

The product and the price were both really good but I wish that I didn't have to wait until Dec. 14th for the Christmas Tree lights. I had to use other lights this year and I'll use my Tree Dazzler next year.

Shopping experience so far is good, easy to order, merchandise arrived quickly and I was very satisfied with my whole experience. I will surely order from them again.

Has problem with acceptance of format using American Express card. The format was pre-printed on form. Changed to Visa, and all accepted.

Everything was great and came in a timely manner.
