It is easy to order from this catalog. I was disappointed that one item I wanted was out of stock.
CALLED customer service because couldn't find my email for sale price that I had received. I was told that there was no such coupon and that even if it was they couldn't give it to me over the phone. I got really frustrated...but placed my order anyway...THEN LO AND BEHOLD THE VERY NEXT DAY I RECEIVED THE SAME COUPON...FOR 15% OFF! NEEDLESS TO SAY...I WAS ROYALLY TICKED OFF...just putting it nicely! I haven't ordered since. You probably lost a customer over this incident. I can order the same products from abc... Also...with my first order, back in Oct, at the end there was an advertisement that I could save 20 dollars on my order...I called number...talked to rep...they would send me 40 in coupon/gift cards to use on next order no matter if membership was cancelled or not. I agreed to 30 day trial for 1.00 NEVER RECEIVED INFO FOR COUPONS...WHAT A HOAX...AND YOU ARE PART OF THIS? NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

One item was not in stock even though it was listed as available in the advertisement. After waiting from 26 Nov till 11 Dec I was finally told that the item wasn't in stock and would be shipped when it became available.
Item was shipped supposed on 16 Dec.
Have been a customer for years, and years. Most of the stuff is as it appears, some was not., and once I did not receive a small item I had paid for. Overall I am satisfied or I wouldn't keep ordering.
OVERALL experience was very good. Very happy with products ordered. My only complaint was the long wait for delivery. Last order was not sent until a week after I ordered, then another week and a half until I actually received it.
